BIPPS scholar analyzes governor's tax plan in Courier-Journal

"What Kentucky needs is a sound budget complete with tax reform that stimulates job growth," writes Brian Strow, Ph.D., BB&T Professor for the Study of Capitalism at Western Kentucky University and member of the Bluegrass Institute Board of Scholars.

In his op-ed in Wednesday's Louisville Courier-Journal, Strow offers comment on Gov. Steve Beshear's tax-reform proposal with an emphasis on the need for Kentucky policymakers to implement pro-growth policies.
