The Legislature is meeting. Gov. Steve Beshear is giving his State of the Commonwealth speech. And Jim Waters, vice president of the Bluegrass Institute is on 84WHAS’s The Mandy Connell Show today from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Waters usually appears every other Monday on the show. However, because of the holidays, the Bluegrass Institute segment will be heard on Tuesday this week.

Waters also will be speaking to the Central Kentucky Tea Party Patriots tonight at 7 p.m. in Elizabethtown at the Nolin REC Building, 411 Ring Road.
