Innes to speak at Louisville Forum Wednesday, September 9
BIPPS staff education analyst Richard Innes will participate at the Louisville Forum’s September luncheon discussion about “Common Core: The Debate Continues.” Joining Innes will be Brigitte Blom Ramsey, the new executive director of the Prichard Committee for Academic Excellence.
Innes has raised many concerns about Common Core while Ramsey was formerly a member of the Kentucky Board of Education which adopted, and continues to strongly support, these standards.
Join Innes for what promises to be a lively and informative event at Vincenzos Restaurant, 150 South 5th Street (near the intersection of 5th and Market Street) in Louisville. The event begins at noon.
