Consequences of failing to pass telecom reform during the '14 session already showing
Thanks to the fear mongering of left-wing politicians like Rep. Larry Clark, who's in his 30th year in Frankfort, Kentucky’s largest city will now experience the consequences of failing to pass telecom reform.
Ironically, Clark purports to represent Louisville and yet is standing in the way of reforms that have received overwhelming bipartisan support.
Clark and groups like the AARP along with some labor unions worked overtime during the 2014 session of the Kentucky General Assembly to keep legislation updating Kentucky’s antiquated telecom policies from getting a vote on the House floor.
