Hechinger Report: Dubious devotion from Kentucky teachers to the new Common Core State Standards

An October 23, 2013 post in the Hechinger Report says:

“In Kentucky, for instance, the first state to adopt the Common Core and begin introducing the standards in classrooms, there is still large variation in how devoted teachers and principals are.”

Wow! There is another Common Core myth in trouble.

And, no, I didn’t write this for them.

By the way, the Hechinger Report is a nonprofit news organization focused on producing in-depth education journalism. It is part of the Hechinger Institute on Education and the Media at Teachers College, Columbia University in New York City.
