At the Bluegrass Institute, we believe in the American founding principle that government derives its power by the consent of the governed. It’s vital that Kentuckians stand up and secure their own liberties and not allow a run-away bureaucracy to define those God-given rights out of existence.  With programs like our joint sponsored Policy Impact Seminar with the Mercatus Center at George Mason University earlier this year, Kentuckians learned how to keep their government transparent and accountable.
