Excuse the goofy graphic above, but come on -- Dr. Howard Fuller offered great testimony in front of the House Education Committee this past Valentine's Day in Frankfort! Fuller offered a solid foundation in support of public charter schools in Kentucky, pointing out that 42 states have already welcomed charters to their states. My favorite quote from Dr. Fuller's testimony was, "This is really not a discussion about charter schools, this is a discussion about democracy."
